No matter what stage of fitness you are in, just one class and you will be hooked! They are a first come first serve basis so be sure to book in advance. Each class follows a circuit based workout style utilizing exercise stations with the goal of getting a great full body workout in while incorporating cardio without feeling like you killed yourself. Before each class I will show you what each station is and what modifications can be done where needed so that no one feels left out. Whenever I notice something is off I always try and take the time to help correct things. Class is all about you!
Attention New Clients
You will be required to fill out three brief waivers, 2 for me and 1 for the facility. To save time, this can be done ahead of time by clicking here or arriving early.
Please arrive early as the starting time cannot wait. Do not book a class unless you are fully committed to showing up. I can only fit so many people. If you cancel too many times within 24 hours you will be subject to purchasing your classes ahead and agree to forfeit a session on future late cancels.
Payments are made at the beginning of each class via cash, Paypal, or Venmo.
