Interested in personal training or on a budget? Join other like minded individuals for a killer hour long workout along with technique assistance if needed. Classes follow a circuit based style with the goal being a full body workout while incorporating cardio each time. If your schedule allows for it, I highly advise coming and giving class a try. Just one and you will be hooked! Classes are a first come first serve basis so be sure to book in advance. A class session will be forfeited if you do not cancel within 24 hours to give someone else a chance to join and replace that spot. Unless you are a current client, new participants will be required to fill out two brief waivers, which can be done ahead of time by clicking here or before class begins in person. Everyone else, please arrive about 5 minutes early. You will have the option to purchase a class package or pay for them individually in person or when you book your class spot with class or credit card.
What can you expect?
Classes will have pre-set stations with modifications made where needed. The point is to show up, get a good workout in while hopefully having some fun doing it and not worry about what others are doing around you. I will go over each station and exercise before we begin, show you the modifications if needed and help fix form when I notice something is off.
