Online & In Person

Hybrid training brings the best of both in person and online training while saving money and time. This is for those comfortable following a plan and do not necessarily need a trainer on a weekly basis but would like to meet only 1 or 2 times per month to perform fit evaluations, check progress, go over form, learn new techniques and exercises. As with online training, by using an app (Trainerize) I will build you a fully customized plan and check in weekly to keep you motivated and make any necessary changes until we meet in person. 


With hybrid training you get 

  • 1 or 2 in person sessions per month. 1 hour long
  • Customized monthly training plan
  • Access to the Trainerize app to track workouts and results for the length of the plan
  • 24/7 communication with me through the app chat option
  • Nutrition guidance 
  • Weekly check-ins 


*Must have a minimum of 3 months training and a general understanding of the equipment found in gyms*
