There are numerous reasons why you might not be interested in training such as money, time conflicts or just unsure of whether I or any other trainer are worth it. Some also do not truthfully need to meet with a trainer on a weekly basis but would highly benefit from a few trainer sessions a month to go over form, a more structured plan, and someone helping push them a little harder. Hybrid training delivers just that. With your choice of meeting 1, 2, or 4x a month you will also receive a customized training plan to follow. Training time is used to take measurements, go over any help with form you need, learn new exercises, check overall progress, etc., and go over whatever is needed to help you achieve your goals. Your plan will be customized and tracked using an app (Trainerize). Weekly check ins will keep you motivated and allow me to make any necessary changes to the plan.
