If you've been struggling with your fitness journey or having trouble getting started I know the feeling. Always asking yourself “What’s the point?”. Around the time I turned 18 I started going to the gym, but always quit early because I was impatient and felt like I was not advancing fast enough. Sound familiar? I did not have the right mindset and never thought about seeking the help of a personal trainer, so I just kept quitting.
Fast forward to now, where I have learned a lot along the way. So much so that it’s not always about trying to help someone lose weight or build muscle but teaching them how to build a healthy relationship with themselves. To change the habits that create a negative impact and mindset. To create a relationship with fitness and enjoy all its benefits that are too long to list. Some being better sleep quality and increased focus.
