Utilize macro nutrition coaching to achieve true results in the most optimal way possible! Having a coach can help in many ways. One of which being that you rest easy with the confidence that what you are doing is truly progressing you every day. Most importantly it will keep you accountable as well. This type of dieting includes the manipulation of proteins, fats, and carbs and is one of, if not the easiest form of "dieting" to follow in terms of flexibility and what you may eat by staying within your limits. After purchasing the plan you will be sent an email with a questionnaire to fill out that will allow me to learn more and customize the plan just for you! You will be required to keep track of and record the foods that you eat in order to ensure accurate counts. If you do not this will only make thing harder for yourself. This process is meant to help teach you to continue loving foods but become more aware of how much/ little you are eating and what areas you can improve on in order to make healthy lasting changes going forward while keep yourself accountable at the same time.

You may use whatever tracking program you would like but I find that the easiest way to do this is using the MyFitnessPal app. To begin:
1. Download MyFitnessPal
2. Record everything that you can remember to. Missing/lying only makes things tougher and NMB FIT LLC will not be held accountable.
3. Each week you will relay to me your weekly averages (calories, carbs, fats, proteins) from the previous week via email or Facebook messenger until plan is done. Example: December 14th (Monday) through December 20th (Sunday) will be sent on the week of December 21st. Instructions on how to record and send your macros.
If you are using another program, make sure the numbers you send are for the weekly average, not daily
As always you should try to incorporate some form of strength training into your weekly routine to burn calories and increase muscle mass that helps burn more calories at rest as well, helping keep the weight in check. If strength training is not for you, I highly advise some form of cardio. Macro coaching is included with in person or can be combined with online training to get the best experience!
